You are entering an agreement with Bayria, Inc., a Delaware C-corp headquartered in San Francisco, California (EIN 88-4220611). All disputes resolve under California law and the federal courts of the Northern District of California, unless your jurisdiction's consumer law provides better protection — in which case that wins. EU users are represented under GDPR Art. 27 by VeraSafe Ireland Ltd.
For the price you paid: the listed tools, on the listed platforms, on as many devices as your plan allows, for the duration of the period. We will keep the lights on, ship security fixes, and tell you in advance if a tool is being removed.
Don't use Bayria to attack other people's networks, distribute illegal material, or attempt to break our authentication. Don't share one account with the entire office — see § 04 on devices.
Per-tier device caps: VPN Basic = 3, VPN Pro = 5, VPN Premium = 10. Add-ons inherit the parent's device cap. Family-sharing within one device count is fine; running a one-click reseller business out of one account is not.
Within 14 days of first paid period: full refund, no questions. After that: pro-rata refund if a tool you depended on is removed; otherwise the period stands.
We will suspend an account that we have well-founded reason to believe is engaged in attacks on third parties (CSAM, ransomware infrastructure, repeated DMCA-actionable abuse). You'll get a copy of the evidence on request.
Bayria's liability is capped at the sum you have paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim. We don't warrant fitness for any particular adversary; if your threat model needs more than what we publish, please use Tor.
We notify by email at least 30 days before any non-trivial change. The diff is on github.com/bayria-org/transparency. If you don't like the change, refunds run in step (§ 05).
Some features may be unavailable in your country per local regulation — see the per-country availability matrix in your app. We follow the status / refund-policy enums in ADR-0067: hidden_new, grandfathered_winding_down, hidden_all. Foundational surfaces remain available everywhere.
USD only at v0. Multi-currency is engineered (daily fx refresh, currency lock at subscription start) but EUR / GBP / JPY are not yet sold. US checkout outside California is blocked at v0 until our state-by-state sales-tax engine ships.
